REDEL has an Integrated Management System for Quality and Environment as a commitment to continuous improvement and the achievement of the final satisfaction of its customers.
To accomplish this purpose we developed together with the client an operating manual in which all processes are detailed and annual quality objectives (KPI's) are fixed, with monthly monitoring of their achievement and development of individual plans for improvement.
In our commitment to continuous improvement, we acquired new challenges and apply Business Excellence models focused on continuous improvement and efficiency of our processes and methodology such as Lean, 4S, Six Sigma and EFQM method.
REDEL has been credited with numerous quality certifications as a sign of focus on quality and the pursuit of Service Excellence as one of the key objectives of this Company.
